Description Permanent circuit proposed at the end of 1997; it should have been the location of the final F.1 GP of 1999. I have no more info.

Location In the area between Las Vegas Boulevard (The Strip), Russel Road and Interstate 15, Las Vegas. Nearly in the same area, some years later another proposal was made by D3 Motorsport Development
