Description I have info about races at Lourenço Marques from 1950, but I don’t know it they were raced on this circuit or on another track. The only races I know for sure were the 1960 and 1961 ones. Later it was replaced by the circuit located approx. 5 km - 3.2 mi North

Location Alongside the shore of Baía do Espírito Santo (English river) at Maputo, capital of Mozambico. Before independence of Mozambico (1975), the town was named Lourenço Marques.
